You can take all 5 pills in the morning on an empty stomach or before you go to bed on an empty stomach. Many prefer to take HGHup before bed since it promotes a good night's rest. HGHup can also be split into two doses: 3 pills for your first dose and 2 pills for the second, or vice versa. The most important thing to remember is to take 5 pills every day on an empty stomach to see maximum results.
